Born in the Philippines and raised in the cultural melting pot of Toronto, Chef Lorelei was introduced to a diversity of cultures and bold flavours that sparked her passion for the culinary arts. Since graduating from her Chef de Cuisine diploma in 2013, Chef Lorelei honed her craft across a diverse roster of restaurants and cuisines, spanning Italian, Asian, Spanish, Caribbean, and American, before starting her own private chef venture, Capital L. Today, Capital L marries comfort and familiarity, with international flavours that welcomes every palette and event.
